IRC Clients
There are many IRC clients for different platforms. A small, opinionated selection:
Desktop
- HexChat (Linux/Windows) – Easy UI, SASL support. Website
- mIRC (Windows) – Classic client with scripting (mSL). Website
- irssi (Linux/macOS/BSD) – Terminal based, very lightweight.

- WeeChat – Extensible, scripting (Python/Lua). Website
Mobile
- IRCCloud (Android/iOS) – Push, stays online. Website
- Revolution IRC (Android) – Open source, classic UI. GitHub
Web
Our built‑in webchat is good for a quick start. For long‑term use we recommend a desktop client with SASL.
